Born from a Love for Kerala
Adukkala started as a simple idea between two friends — Sangeetha and Gourie, both IT professionals, both Keralites far from home, and both deeply passionate about food.
Monday to Friday, they write code. But every Saturday, the kitchen comes alive. We noticed there was no restaurant in the Netherlands serving truly authentic Kerala food — the kind that tastes exactly like home. Most places offer a diluted version, adapted for a wider palate. Sangeetha and Gourie refused to do that.
So they started Adukkala — a Saturday cloud kitchen where every dish is cooked from scratch using fresh coconut, hand-ground spices, and generations-old recipes. Each meal carries a little piece of God's Own Country with it.
